She holds a B.A. in History from the University of Lagos, is an IATA Certified Professional, holds an IATA Diploma in Ticketing and Reservation and has completed Amadeus training. Her experience spans airline ticketing, travel consultancy, customer relationship management, reservation systems, corporate travel management and operational leadership. As Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Travels & Tours Limited, she has played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the company as a provider of comprehensive travel solutions. Her leadership is focused on professionalism, integrity, service quality, innovation and strong relationships with airlines, corporate organisations, government agencies and other stakeholders.

Miss Margaret Jacob Perpeteual is a travel professional with over 11 years of progressive experience in aviation and travel management. She holds a B.Sc. in Business Computer Science from Ambrose Alli University and has worked in ticketing and reservation roles with Tabaye Travels and Tours Limited and Satguru Travels and Tours Limited. Her expertise covers airline reservations, fare construction, ticket issuance, customer service, Global Distribution Systems and Amadeus ticketing, refunds, reissues and sales reporting. At Cornerstone, she contributes to efficient operations and high service standards across ticketing and reservation activities.
